As the name suggests it is the fertilizer made from processing seaweed. Many seaweeds are collected from salty sea water. Then the excess of water from the weed is let to get drained. After that the weed is allowed to decompose in water so that slurry or compost is formed.

Only you have to do that, you have to collect seaweed from the sea shore. Collect large or small weeds as you get it. 

Then bring it to home and rinse it with water to remove excess of the salts from it.

The next step you have to do that, take a container that has a tight lid. Then put this weed in it and add water to it. Make sure that weeds are fully immersed in water. Close the lid tightly.

Left  it for a month, you see that the weed decomposed. Your seaweed fertilizer is ready to use.This is concentrated and you need to dilute it when using the plants

As this is organic produce, its self life is not much. Although you can increase its life by keeping it concentrated in an airtight container away from direct sunlight.
